Google has released chrome 75.0.3770.142 for Windows, Mac, and Linux to address vulnerabilities to its previous version. Exploitation of these vulnerabilities may allow an attacker to take control of affected system. Users and administrators are encouraged to review Chrome release note and apply the necessary updates.
